Terms and conditions of Perez Lawncare & Landscaping LLC
These terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Perez Lawncare & Landscaping LLC, to you ( our clients). By accessing our website or engaging our lawn care and landscaping services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services Provided
We offer a variety of lawn care and landscaping services, including but not limited to:
- Mowing, trimming, and edging
-Weed control
-Landscaping design and installation
-Mulching and planting
-Seasonal cleanups
-Junk removal
All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement or estimate approval.
Estimates and Payments
-Free estimates may be provided upon request
-Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing
-Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month or the maximum allowed by law (Missouri has no max late fee)
-We accept cash, cash App, PayPal, checks, and apple pay
Scheduling and cancellations
-Services are typically scheduled in advance
-We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
Liability and Damages
-We are insured and take care to avoid damage to property
-We are NOT liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards not disclosed by the client
-Any concerns about completed work must be reported within 48hrs (forty-eight hours) of services
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri (MO)
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting
